Collage

One of my favorite things to create, is collage. A collage is a way to take out some elements and images from where they first belong and having the opportunity to put them in a different environment, giving them a new meaning, proportion, space and composition.

This allowed me to combine the importance of composition with a childish way to play and use the imagination to create new lines and graphics.

My style is defined by pictures and graphics; I choose from vintage books and magazines. I like going into the past and the different times in history to understand the way people lived, the important things and technological developments that were happening, and also the fashion and looks people used to have. For me, it is a jump into the past for the creation of the present and the maintenance for future.
