BOTANY BOOK
In order to learn more about the different plants and flowers that exist in our environment, we designed and illustrated a botany book. It has specific information on the different species of plants and flowers, and it’s enhanced by watercolor illustrations.
TECHNIQUE
Using watercolor is about patience and relaxation. This technique consists in painting with layers and understanding how the water affects the color and the effect it has on the illustrations. The light is given by the white in the paper, and the volume and details depend on the amount of ink or water you use.
